The colour of the grains change gradually; the grains are getting bigger and the colour is getting more and more purple and simultaneously the skin is getting slimmer, the juice more sugary, and the seeds are no more harsh. Soon, the harvest will start.

Dormancy

Time has come to leave the vine-plants  taking some rest. Leaves change of colours  to become yellow, gold, red, purple and afterwards, leaves fall down. Winter is coming and with the cold weather the vinegrower will start the pruning to prepare the next harvest.
